Electroplated Diamond/CBN pins are made of stainless steel with diamond/CBN coating layer by electroplating process.

High diamond/CBN coating density offers a maximum service life, high grinding efficiency and a high binding quality which prevents the diamond gaining from breaking up or the diamond coating from flaking.

Common shapes such as ball, egg, torpedo, flame and conical or cylindrical shapes are available in a wide range of diameters. Grit sizes range from 40# to 3000# for rough, medium and fine grinding processes.
